1. INTRODUCTION This User Agreement ("Agreement") governs your use of the services provided by Solbe Technologies Limited ("Solbe", "we", "our", or "us"), a capital trust trading company, which operates an automated token trading platform utilizing Artificial Intelligence (AI) analytics on the Solana network. By accessing or using our services, you ("User", "you", or "your") agree to be bound by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. If you do not agree to these terms, you should immediately cease using the services.
2. DEFINITIONS For purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings set forth below:
"Services" refers to the automated token trading platform, AI analytics tools, data analysis, trade execution, and any other related services provided by Solbe Technologies Limited.
"Solana Network" refers to the blockchain network Solana, which is used for decentralized token transactions, including the execution of trades on Solbe's platform.
"Token" refers to any digital asset, cryptocurrency, or token that can be traded on the Solana network, including but not limited to Solana-native tokens, NFTs, or any assets supported by Solbe’s platform.
"AI Analytics" refers to the artificial intelligence and machine learning models used by Solbe to analyze market trends, token performance, and social sentiment to inform trading decisions.
3. SCOPE OF SERVICES Solbe provides a platform for trading tokens on the Solana network using AI-powered analytics. Our Services include:
Automated Token Trading: Using AI algorithms, Solbe automatically executes token trades on your behalf based on market data, technical analysis, and sentiment predictions.
AI Analytics Dashboard: Access to real-time data and predictive market analysis, including token performance, sentiment analysis, and other relevant metrics.
4. ELIGIBILITY To use the Services, you must meet the following criteria:
You must be at least 18 years of age and capable of entering into legally binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction.
You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations governing cryptocurrency transactions, including those in the United States and your country of residence.
You must have a valid account and agree to the terms outlined in this Agreement.
By registering and using the Services, you represent and warrant that you meet these eligibility requirements.
5. REGISTRATION AND ACCOUNT SECURITY To use the Services, you must create an account ("Account") by providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials and any activities that occur under your Account.
You agree to:
Provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
Maintain the security of your Account credentials and notify Solbe immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account.
Be fully responsible for all activities that occur under your Account.
6. USE OF SERVICES You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with this Agreement. You will not:
Use the Services to engage in any unlawful activities or fraudulent conduct.
Attempt to manipulate or interfere with the trading algorithms, including attempting to exploit vulnerabilities or otherwise compromise the integrity of Solbe’s platform.
Engage in any activity that could damage, disable, or impair the operation of the Services or the Solana network.
Use the Services to conduct any activity that violates applicable laws or regulations, including those related to securities trading, financial markets, or cryptocurrency transactions.
7. AI-DRIVEN TRADING Solbe’s token trading platform uses AI analytics to execute trades on your behalf. The AI models are based on historical data, technical indicators, and social sentiment analysis. While the AI is designed to optimize your trades, you acknowledge that:
Past performance is not indicative of future results. The market, particularly in the cryptocurrency space, is highly volatile, and trading is inherently risky.
Solbe does not guarantee profits or protection from losses, and all trading decisions made by the AI algorithms are based on statistical models and historical data.
You are solely responsible for any trades made via the platform, and Solbe is not liable for any losses, damages, or adverse outcomes arising from AI-driven decisions.
8. FEES AND PAYMENTS Solbe charges fees for the use of its Services, which may include subscription fees and service fees. The applicable fees will be disclosed to you during the registration process or prior to initiating any transaction.
Subscription Fees: Solbe will charge a fee for renting our trading bots on platform.
Service Fees: A percentage-based fee for the use of AI analytics and the automated trading system, which is deducted from your trading profits.
You agree to pay all fees and charges associated with your use of the Services, and these fees may be deducted directly from your trading account or via other payment methods as designated by Solbe.
All profit rates on your cabin are final. We never decrease your profit rate for extra fees.
9. RISK DISCLOSURE You acknowledge and accept the risks inherent in cryptocurrency trading, including but not limited to:
Market Volatility: Cryptocurrencies and tokens are highly volatile, and prices may fluctuate rapidly, leading to potential losses.
Algorithmic Risks: AI algorithms are based on patterns and historical data, which may not always accurately predict future market movements. The AI trading strategy may not always succeed in volatile or unpredictable markets.
Technology Risks: The Solana network, like any blockchain, may experience technical issues such as network congestion, downtime, or security breaches. While Solbe takes steps to secure its platform, there is no guarantee that the system will always be error-free.
You are encouraged to only trade with funds you can afford to lose and to seek professional financial advice if necessary.
10. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY All intellectual property rights related to the Services, including but not limited to software, algorithms, AI models, design, and content, are the property of Solbe Technologies Limited. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the intellectual property without the express consent of Solbe.
11. CONFIDENTIALITY Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary information, trading strategies, or other non-public information shared during the course of using the Services, except where disclosure is required by law or regulation.
12. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY To the fullest extent permitted by law, Solbe Technologies Limited shall not be liable for:
Any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Services, including but not limited to trading losses, technical issues, or market disruptions.
Any losses resulting from trading decisions made by the AI analytics system, including but not limited to token price fluctuations, execution errors, or changes in the market conditions.
13. TERMINATION You or Solbe may terminate your access to the Services at any time. Solbe reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if it detects any violations of this Agreement, fraudulent activity, or illegal behavior.
Upon termination, all rights granted to you under this Agreement will immediately cease, and you agree to discontinue all use of the Services.
14. GOVERNING LAW AND DISPUTE RESOLUTION This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the American Arbitration Association's rules.
15. AMENDMENTS Solbe reserves the right to amend or modify this Agreement at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Solbe.io website, and the revised Agreement will be effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of the Services after such modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

BY USING THE SERVICES, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS USER AGREEMENT.
